De hangende schelpenversiering is met de hand gemaakt door vaklieden in Indonesië en komt meestal met enkele imperfecties, zoals een deels verdraaid metalen frame of onregelmatig hangende draden.De Nassa-hanglamp kan binnenshuis worden gebruikt met een hanglamp om elke strand-, tropische of bohemien-stijl interieur aan te vullen.
