📜 Required Compliance & Documentation
To be eligible, your company and workers must fulfill the following legal requirements before starting:

• Valid VAT number: Registered company with a valid European VAT number (eligible for reverse charge VAT).
• A1 Certificate: Every worker must have a valid A1 document proving social security coverage in their home country.
• Limosa Registration: Mandatory Limosa declaration must be submitted prior to starting work.
• No Belgian Tax/Social Debts (Check Inhoudingsplicht): We will verify your status in the Belgian database. Your company must be free of outstanding debts in Belgium to receive 100% payment.
• Daily Attendance Registration (Checkin@Work): Daily electronic registration on the construction site is mandatory.
• Belgian ID Badge (Construbadge): All workers must wear the official Belgian construction identification badge.
• Safety & Tools: Basic VCA safety certification is highly preferred. Workers must bring their own standard Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and professional hand tools.
