Here a rare medium-bore (.525) Conn trombone. Ready to play, just served.
This is vintage Conn, serial number on the slide is 74h HK170011
It is in excellent condition, a part of some signs of its age and small estic defects.
It is a rare model and I doubt there are many in Europe (probably none in these conditions! and with the 'Artist symphony' red bell).
Medium bore insruments are the most versatile instruments you can get, the overall sound is beautiful, it can be smooth or funky.
It is the perfect instrument for Jazz bands, small combos, 2nd or 3rd trombone in orchestra.
It mounts a 'Artist symphony' red bell, with some signs of repairing.
Serial number is Conn 74h HK170011, thus in my understanding this is a 1981 model.
Slide is excellent, no plating wear on inner tubes, tuning slide and F trigger work perfectly well.
It comes with the Original Conn case.
