From Manson General Manager I finally get some infos on this ultra rare guitar :
"It is the one on reverb isn't it ? I’ve had a lot of people asking about it.
That is Hugh’s writing on the neck and the stamp he used to use.
It is a Hugh Manson solo build so we don’t issue certificates for those. I do not know how many he made but my guess is about 2 or 3. It is no particular model, Hugh wasn’t allowed to make the MB shape unless for Matt so it is a cross between a Tele and Hugh's, own twist on that design."

The one that belongs to Matthew Bellamy (with integrated Kaoss Pad and laser light)
was destroyed at the end of "Stockholm Syndrome" at Fuji Rock Festival on 27 July 2007.
So maybe two still exist in that finition.
Not MA or MB model.
Integrated z-vex fuzz, bare knuckle pu's. Kill switch.
Came with original Manson rare case and strap.
