• Body Poplar double cutaway body with treble cutaway to 20th fret.
• Strings mount from the rear.
• Hardware/electronics Black Hipshot licensed tuners, polyurethane strings, rosewood nut.
• Shadow active pickup system with volume and 2-band tone controls.
• Comments The Kala U-Bass solidbody is a very cool little bass.
Though they are small, they can generate a big sound with tons of bottom end. Interestingly, these are US-made; the parts are built in California, and assembled at Kala’s custom shop.
