Domiciliation is possible for one a year contract. The charges include the consumption of electricity/gas/water/heating, unlimited internet, fire & theft insurance. It also includes some goods such as vacuum cleaner, washing machine. There are iron, ironing table, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, cooker, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates etc for private use. A large storage space in the room and extra storage room in the basement, ideal for luggages provided.

The house is located in Brussels in the Ixelles/Flagey district, between the Place Flagey and the Place du Luxembourg (European Parliament). Spaces are very luminous thanks to six double glazed windows and a door which is opening to a shared garden! Perfect heating with cast iron radiators.
The room is at the ground floor with a garden shared by one person only. An open kitchenette has dining table and chairs. WC and lavatory is private and separated from the kitchen with a door .
The location of the house is very convenient: close to the European district (10 minutes walking distance of the European Parliament), close to the restaurants/pubs area (5 minutes walking from the restaurants of the Place Saint-Boniface, 10 minutes from the pubs of Place du Luxembourg and Place Flagey, 10 minutes from the UGC cinema of Porte de Namur) and close to the commercial district of Toison d'or/avenue Louise. The house is close to supermarkets and night shops.

Public transport is also ideal. Bus stop "Malibran" is in font of the house. The house is at 2 minutes walking distance from Place Flagey were the buses 54 (Place du Luxembourg) and 71 (Gare centrale/City center) and tram 81 stop. The subway station Porte de Namur is at 10 minutes walking (lines 2 and 6). Also, a Villo station (bicycles to rent) is located on the Place Flagey. All is thus close and easily accessible.
