For this geuze, 3F matured four-year-old lambikken for over two additional years in two tawny port barrels and one madeira barrel. The lambikken came from three different barrels and two different brews from 2018.

blend n° 65 / season ‘23-’24

For this PX geuze, 3F matured young lambik for another ten months on three small and very special barrels from Ximénez-Spinola. This is the only bodega in the sherry region that works with Pedro Ximénez grapes, vinifying wines from extra dry to sweet and all subtle oxidised sherry variants in between. This is a blend of three X-S barrels showcasing the subtle essence of this bodega and traditional lambik.

This two-barrel whisky geuze is a collaboration with AstaMorris. 3F selected a butt - a 500 litre barrel made of European oak - that held PX sherry and Tullibardine whisky for four years and a 200 litre refill bourbon barrel that held Glengoyne whisky for more than five years.
