A natural banded agate pectoral bead talisman from the ancient Silk Road, Central Asian culture.Second Millennium AD .In good condition. It has been cleaned in a tumbler and repolished, but the nice antique patina is preserved. Original, ancient, hand cutting, carving, grinding and boring. The holes are ancient,hand-made,irregular. Traces of use and age on its surface. Small damages by the holes due to excavation shocks.Purchased mid 90's in Belgium/Brussels by Dr. Zelnik on the local art market.Important information :The seller guarantees that he is entitled to ship this lot.
