The boot is designed with three main points of interest: comfort, durability and an affordable price.
The Africa Wide sole is designed for excellent grip and durability, while mimicking the feeling of walking barefoot on different types of terrain.
The heel and eyelet area is made from a double layer of 2.2mm oily pull-up full-grain leather for added durability.
The heel reinforcement is built-in for ankle support and protection.
The soft leather collar and tongue provide extra comfort and a lower weight.
NO STEEL INTERMEDIATE SUPPORT.
A leather midsole provides extra comfort, flexibility and a good ground feel.
The heavy-duty speed hooks and eyelets help to secure your foot.
The leather midsole is connected to the upper via a double stitch with a 2.2 mm braided nylon cord.
As with all our boots, these can be resoled thanks to the double-stitched construction.
Our Barefoot boots come with a built-in leather half insole. They do not come standard with a full leather insole/footbed.
Barefoot Anatomical Last – This last has a 4E wide fit and offers a zero drop fit with an anatomically shaped, roomy toe box (this allows for a wide fit and extra room for a more natural barefoot feel).
Sole: Africa Barefoot sole (this sole is designed for durability and grip. She is made of real rubber and feels slightly softer for extra comfort underfoot).
