"Urban adventure lying ahead? Thule's Pack 'n Pedal Commuter Pannier is city-streets tough and all-weather capable. This completely waterproof bag features a roll-top design that seals out the elements. The pannier attaches to your rack with Thule's revolutionary vanishing hardware system, a mounting setup that's simple to use, vibration-free, and hides away when you're off the bike so you won't snag your clothes or gear. It also includes a 15-inch laptop sleeve, integrated grab handle, and a detachable messenger-style shoulder strap. For low-light riding conditions, Thule included a light pocket and visibility-enhancing reflective accents."
