Eventuele verhuur is privé, is het gehele jaar toegankelijk en beschikt over 2 privé parkeerplaatsen.
De stad Goes met heel veel winkels, restaurants enz. is ong. 3 km verwijderd, net als de mooie 18-holes golfbaan “De Goes Golf” welke op nog geen 2 km. afstand ligt.
U komt binnen in een kleine hal die toegang heeft tot de 2de badkamer. Hiervandaan betreed u de ruime eet- en woonkamer. Hier is een grote gezellige eettafel met 6 leren stoelen.
Aansluitend aan het eetgedeelte bevind zich de woonkamer met een ruime hoekbank, 2 gemakkelijke stoelen, een bureau, (ambilight) TV en een kleine stereo installatie. Natuurlijk heeft het huis overal WiFi!
Het huis heeft een ruime slaapkamer met een 2-persoons bed (1.60x2.00) en een badkamer en-suite.
De badkamer beschikt tevens over een sunshower èn een sauna, waardoor het hier zelfs met minder mooi weer heerlijk vertoeven is!
Verder heeft het huis nog kleine 2 slaapkamers en suite met ieder een goed stapelbed (0.90x2.00) en kleding kast. Alle bedden hebben 1-persoons dekbedden van 1.40 x 2.00 meter.
Er is natuurlijk ook een goed uitgeruste keuken met gaskookplaat (met wokbrander) en afzuigkap, oven, vaatwasser, koelkast en diepvries.
Verder beschikt het huis over een waterkoker, voldoende servies, bestek enz. een Nespresso, een Senseo èn een (Porsche design) koffieapparaat.
In de bijkeuken staat een wasmachine en wasdroger en een kleine voorraadkast.
Aansluitend aan de bijkeuken bevind zich nog een tweede hal met ook hier weer een garderobe en een in de kast weggewerkte cv-installatie.
Vanuit deze hal is ook een vliering annex speelzolder bereikbaar.
Het is uitstekend geschikt voor een gezin van max. 6 personen.
Het staat op pacht grond ên wordt perfect onderhouden, waardoor het zeer onderhoudsarm is. De pachtkosten bedragen €2500 en het parkonderhoud kost €1500 per jaar.

This lovely detached house is very sunny and the garden is adjacent to a pond. It has nice surrounding terraces, so you can chose a nice spot, depending to the sun or shade.
It has a lot of privacy, 2 privat parking spots and is situated on a calm and small parc.
The town (Goes) with a lot of shops, restaurants, terraces etc. is about 3 km away and the 18-holes golfcourse “Goese Golf” is less than 2 km away.
You enter the house in a small hall with wardrobe and entrance to the second bathroom. From there you can enter the dining and living room as well. Here is a large dining table with 6 comfortable leather chairs. Adjacent to the dining table is the living with a grand leather cornersofa, 2 comfortable chairs, a desk, a (ambilight) television and a small stereo.
There is a nice bedroom with a double bed (160x2.00), a wardrobe and an adjacent bathroom.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sunshower washbasin and a sauna. So even with bad weather, you can enjoy yourself!
The house has 2 more, adjacent, small bedrooms, both with a bunk bed, all 4 have 90x200 cm mattresses.
All beds has good 1-persons synthetic duvets from 1.40 x 2.00 meter.
It has a well equipped kitchen with gas stove and hood, an oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a Nespresso, a Senseo machine and a (Porche design) coffee machine, watercooker, milkfrother etc.
In the scullery is a washing machine and a dryer and a small pantry.
Adjacent to the scullery is a second hallway with another wardrobe and a cupboard with the central heating system.
From this second hallway you can also reach the attic / playroom for kids.
The house is very suitable for a family of max. 6 persons.
It sits on lease-ground and the park maintenance is great, so it is rather “carefree”. The costs of the lease ground are €2500 and the park maintenances cost around €1500, both per year.
