- About 95 km far from Ciampino Airport;
- Fondi-Sperlonga train station is 5 km far from the house and you are connected in the middle of Rome or Naples in 1 hour 15 minutes by train;
- Ponza, Ventotene Islands easily reachable by ferry from Terracina or Formia as Capri or Ischia or Procida from Naples;
- Available transportation from/to airport/train station as suggestion and guide useful during the vacation to enjoy the best Italian food at the right price during the visit of the best places located for example in Sperlonga, Gaeta, Terracina, Fondi etc. You will need to be back more than once JJ

The Villa is suitable for 2 and a half family with kids because is composed as following:
- Double bedroom with a single bed added;
- Double bedroom with a single crib added;
- Single bedroom with the opportunity to add another little single bed;
- Large living room with table, chairs, sofa and smart tv;
- Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, oven, fridge, microwave, etc;
- 2 bathrooms with showers and bidet (once inside and once outside the villa);
- Large veranda with tables, chairs and opportunity to make a barbeque;
- 400 square meters of garden under olive plants, equipped as a playground for kids of all ages … and adults with the same feeling too JJJ.

- 1-2 private car parking space inside the compound accessible by electric gate openable with the remote control provided;
- Heating with wood stove;
- WI-FI connected to Smart TV too;
- Double external solar shower which allows to remove the sand after coming back from the beach, very useful before going inside the house;
- Biodegradable toilette paper and detergents for dishes too (mandatory to use only this kind of products in the toilet and kitchen drains);
- Crockery, dishes, towels;
- Orange Camping Private beach with umbrellas and sun beds during the high season (June – September);
- With the guide provided inside it is possible to make food orders delivered directly at home (using whatsapp too);
- Between June and September every single morning the baker pass outside your gate ringing for delivering fresh bread, pizza and genuine products made during the night;
- Fondi is the city of the main vegetables market distribution in Italy and abroad where you can buy genuini product of the land just made in the past traditional way.

Villa in campagna con molti optional a soli 200 metri dalla spiaggia (mare bandiera blu). Includi ombrellone e 2 lettini in spiaggia privata arancione con ristoranti e tanto divertimento. Vicino alla stazione dei treni di sperlonga-fondi, si può essere in circa 1,15 ore di treno nel centro di roma o napoli. Dalla campagna alle città! I bambini sono i benvenuti con circa 400mq di giardino pieno di giochi!!! Vicino alla villa si possono visitare città medievali come fondi con il suo castello, sperlonga o terracina degustando ottimi piatti realizzati con prodotti locali italiani. A 120 Km dall'aeroporto di fiumicino, posso organizzare per voi anche il trasporto e l'assistenza durante la vacanza con suggerimenti o ogni tipo di richiesta possibile. È una splendida casa affittata da una persona seria quindi per lo stesso tipo di persone!
