Obverse:
A dramatic high-relief portrait of Albert Einstein dominates the entire face of the plaque, capturing his instantly recognisable features — the wild flowing hair, expressive eyes, and characteristic moustache — with remarkable three-dimensional depth. Below the portrait, the inscription reads:

A small suspension loop is attached at the top, allowing the piece to be displayed as a wall hanging.
Reverse:
An equally detailed allegorical composition depicting a cosmic or nuclear energy scene, with Einstein's world-famous equation:

prominently cast in raised lettering at the centre. Surrounding the rim, the full text of Einstein's celebrated quote, inscribed in German:

— "God is subtle, but he is not malicious" — the words Einstein himself had engraved above the fireplace at Princeton University's Fine Hall.
