Ibanez AZ from the Prestige line. Grey metallic Japanese perfection, in perfect condition.

A high-end Japanese-made superstrat combining excellent playability with a very versatile pickup configuration. The AZ Prestige neck has a comfortable oval C profile, rolled fretboard edges and a smooth satin finish on the back, making it extremely comfortable to play.

The guitar features an alder body, roasted maple neck and fingerboard, stainless steel frets and Gotoh two-point trem and locking tuners.

Pickups are two Seymour Duncan Hyperion humbuckers, combined with the dyna-MIX10 switching system, offering a wide range of sounds from full humbucker tones to convincing single-coil sounds.

A fantastic instrument for anyone looking for a premium, versatile and exceptionally well-built superstrat.
Condition is near-perfect. Some pick swirls on the surface, minder scratches on the back and a small nick on the headstock. The guitar was gigged, but it hardly shows.

I have two more AZ’s, of which this one was the most recent acquisition and is in the best condition.
Just thinning the collection. No immediate interest in trades.
