# Reason for selling
We got a new couch for my back (has longer back support)
# Condition
The couch is still in a good shape, and we are selling it because we got a new one. The bed extension can get a bit loose while moving it, but nothing major.
No other issues.
# Price
However, you can get it for 300 euros if you were to pick it up from the 2nd floor (you can use stairs, no elevator available. Also packing material not included) I would suggest to bring a friend to do it quickly and easily.
If you want to pick it up from downstairs (building door), you would have to pay an extra 100 euros.
