Photo album "Bananasplit" of American photographer Chaiko Reidman. A photographer who has been active mainly in the 80's and 90's, it has created a world with a concept making, theme setting, and high contrast style using primary colors. The style is described as "hyperreal color" and is said to establish a new visual expression. Inspired by a futuristic, somewhat decadent worldview, the vivid visuals have a strong influence on photographers, artists, fashion, etc. of those days. Published in 1982, this book was created in collaboration with Ypsitylla von Nazareth, who was in charge of graphics and styling, and looks more like a visual book than a photo book. This is a book that has been assembled with an exquisite balance of erotic, nonsense and fashionable, with content like Raedman's distinctive glaring coloring and tension combined with graphics to increase speed.
