FOR SALE: Aluminium mold designed for the rotational molding (rotomolding) of 500-liter PE plastic tanks, specifically shaped for mounted agricultural sprayers.

The mold is equipped with a heavy-duty steel angle frame and a standard machine mounting flange.
Total weight: 178 kg
(weight of the mold body alone: 160 kg).
Locking: Closing system with S-type toggle clamps.
The clamps remain permanently fixed on the base frame.
Alignment: Precision guide pins integrated on the flange.
Internal finish: Satin finish (800 grit Scotch-Brite).
Lid/Cap: Included.
The lid is lifted via 4 heavy-duty lifting eye bolts (mappa).

Condition: In excellent/mint condition, with no dents or scratches, properly treated with release agent.
Compatible materials: Polyethylene LLDPE, MDPE.
