À vendre : un ensemble de 3 moules en aluminium pour le moulage de réservoirs en plastique PE, de forme « boîte de livraison » de 102 litres, avec porte et triangle. Le moule est doté d'un cadre métallique composé d'un coin et d'une base pour la fixation sur machine.
Poids total : 60 kg.
Fermeture par vis,
ergots d'alignement sur la bride,
surface intérieure satinée (grain Scotchbright 800).
Couvercle et triangle supplémentaires inclus.
En excellent état, sans dommage ni fissure, avec agent de démoulage. Les dimensions du réservoir moulé sont visibles sur la photo, celles du moule dans le tableau ci-dessous. Les clés de fixation restent sur la base, le couvercle se soulève à l'aide de 4 vis. Matériaux utilisés : LLDPE et MDPE.

Te koop: een set van 3 aluminium mallen voor het gieten van PE-kunststoftanks, 102 liter. Vorm van een afleverdoos met deur en driehoek, met metalen frame van hoekstuk en basis voor machinebevestiging,
totaalgewicht 60 kg.
Sluiting met schroeven,
centreerpinnen op de flens,
met een satijnen binnenoppervlak van 800 grit Scotchbright. Inclusief extra maldeksel en extra driehoekmal. In uitstekende staat, onbeschadigd en zonder scheuren, met lossingsmiddel. Afmetingen van de geproduceerde tank zijn te zien op de foto, afmetingen van de mal in de tabel hieronder.
De sleutels zitten nog op de basis, het deksel wordt opgetild met 4 schroeven. Gebruikte materialen: LLDPE, MDPE.
