Prophetic Prayer

O God of heaven and earth,
God of the depths of the soil and the vastness of the cosmos,
You who see all hearts and know all secrets,
Let Your light pass through the hearts of humanity.

Today I ask for justice, temperance, honesty, and frugality.
Give me discernment to resist evil,
strength to reject temptation,
and the courage to not consent to the ways of Satan—
nor the many Satans roaming the streets like roaring lions,
criminals who have darkened themselves in that which drives them mad,
whose sins trap them,
whose cruelty, drug violence, and destruction reign,
where holiness seems absent.

Yet even for them, O God,
I pray for repentance before the day of Michael,
that they may turn back while time is still given.

The eyes of believers are opening.
People withdraw into their homes,
seeking peace, holiness, and rest
amid standard lamps,
turning their hearts again toward You in prayer.

O my God, O my God,
You are the Almighty.
May You soon bring righteousness to this world,
as You once made Your presence known to Noah,
when he was mocked, ridiculed, yet steadfast in Your word.
As with the prophets,
You were with them every moment,
and You remain with us still.

We know that darkness reigns,
corruption seeps into cities and systems.
Those meant to protect—police, firefighters, medics, officials—
carry heavy burdens,
yet corruption threatens justice itself.
O God, let this not be so.
I pray, O God, let this not be so.

The systems crumble,
prices rise without reason,
people fall into debt, despair, and chaos spreads.
O God, what is happening to humanity?
What will You decide when You return, Lord?

O my Lord, O my Lord,
I pray that all these things may be judged with righteousness,
that truth may prevail
in this world
and in Your eternal kingdom.

Come soon, my Lord,
for darkness prowls and souls are lost.
