Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, involving skin maceration for approximately 10–15 days at a controlled temperature between 25°C and 30°C. The wine is aged for two years in oval Slavonian oak casks and French oak barrels, followed by a further 6–8 months of bottle aging. In the glass, it displays a brilliant ruby red color with garnet hues. The nose is distinctive and elegant, offering notes of violet, ethereal nuances, and fine wood. On the palate, it is dry and savory, harmonious and velvety, with pleasant balsamic undertones.
