The nose is characterized by elegant aromas of flowers, fruit, and sweet spices. The palate is rich and complex, showcasing the finesse of Viognier. A lovely minerality lends this wine great depth.Made from 100% Viognier, this blend from plots located in the northern part of the appellation, on biotite granite soils, is aged for nine months in barrels and large oak casks.An excellent aging Condrieu, to be cellared for 8 years or more.Food and wine pairings: Enjoy with kalfszwezeriken en morielijen.2) Saint-Joseph Lieu-Dit Digue 2023This SAINT-JOSEPH – Lieu-Dit Digue from Yves CUILLERON stands out for its pure, golden color. The intense and complex nose reveals notes of white flowers, citrus, and hints of honey. The palate is distinctive and well-balanced, with a lovely roundness, underscored by the terroir’s minerality on the finish.Made from 100% Roussanne, this single-vineyard cuvée from the “Digue” site, in the northern part of the appellation, is aged for nine months in barrels and large casks, and boasts a pure, golden color.A wine for aging, best enjoyed between 6 and 10 years.Food and wine pairings: Enjoy with lobster ravioli in saffron sauce.3) Viognier Les Vignes d'à Côté 2023The Viognier from the Yves CUILLERON estate stands out for its golden, brilliant color. The nose is typical of Viognier, with notes of ripe yellow fruit and violets. The palate is juicy and fresh, with a touch of acidity that lingers on the finish.Made from 100% Viognier, this wine is a blend from plots located in the “Collines Rhodaniennes” IGP region and is aged for eight months, divided equally between barrels, casks, and tanks.Food and wine pairings: This wine is best enjoyed young, as an aperitif or with grilled prawns.
