Sailor Yubi Maki-e Miyajima Multifunction Pen & Gourd Motif Ballpoint SetItem Description:This two-piece set brings together a Sailor multifunction pen decorated with a colourful Japanese landscape and a black ballpoint with gold-coloured gourd motifs.1. Sailor Yubi Maki-e “” — Aki no MiyajimaSailor’s Yubi Maki-e decoration uses modern printing technology to reproduce the distinctive colours and lustre of traditional maki-e.This design depicts Miyajima in Japan’s historic Aki region. A vivid red torii gate stands above fine wave lines, accompanied by a pagoda and pink cherry blossoms. Deer and red-and-gold maple leaves decorate the upper body, bringing together architecture, wildlife and seasonal imagery. The black background highlights the detailed decoration, while silver-tone fittings provide a crisp finishing touch. This multifunction pen combines black and red ballpoints with a 0.5 mm mechanical pencil in one body.Includes a Sailor presentation box and instruction leaflet.2. Gourd Motif Ballpoint PenThis ballpoint features gold-coloured gourds and flowing cord-like lines against a glossy black background. Solid and outlined motifs alternate along the body, with a small silver-coloured decorative accent adding contrast.Gold-tone fittings, including the clip, centre band and tapered tip, complement the warm tones of the design. Its restrained decoration offers an appealing contrast to the colourful Miyajima pen.No accessories are included with this pen.Brand / Maker:Sailor was founded in 1911 in Kure, Hiroshima, by Kyugoro Sakata.
