This books are an exploratory search into the field of American Glass Candy Container Toys- their origin, variety, period of manufacture and by whom they were produced.

Since the immediate beginning of the 20th Century these glass toys have been designed, made and marketed with the child appeal in mind, whether the child be between the years of six to sixty, or outside of those limits. We have formulated this premise: a glass candy container toy must primarily have child appeal in its shape.
