Little River BandLittle River Band is een Australische rockband die in 1975 in Melbourne werd opgericht en vernoemd is naar een verkeersbord voor de Victoriaanse gemeente Little River, onderweg naar Geelong. De oprichters waren Glenn Shorrock (ex-The Twilights, ex-Axiom), Graham Goble (ex-Mississippi), Beeb Birtles (ex-Zoot, ex-Mississippi) en Derek Pellicci (ex-Mississippi). Ze waren de eerste Australische rockgroep die blijvende commerciële successen behaalde in de Verenigde Staten. During their career the band have sold more than 25 million records and scored 13 American Top 40 hits.
