Description
De recepten bestaan vooral uit vegetarische en vaak veganistische gerechten zonder daar een absolute must van te maken. In het boek staan ook een aantal recepten met kip of vis maar de meerderheid van de recepten zijn toch vooral plantaardig. In het boek maakt ze steeds gebruik van een legende, daardoor weet je of het bijvoorbeeld laag in koolhydraten is, zonder gluten of zonder lactose is en of het al dan niet vegetarisch of glutenvrij is.
