Elle est réalisée en placage de bois précieux (loupe d’amboine, palissandre) et décorée de marqueterie florale en bois clair et teinté.
L’ensemble est richement orné de bronzes dorés : poignées latérales, chutes d’angle et galerie ajourée sur le dessus, typiques du style Napoléon III, connu pour son décor généreux et élégant.

Ik verkoop een antieke jardinière in Napoleon III-stijl, daterend uit de tweede helft van de 19e eeuw.

Het meubel is vervaardigd uit fineer van kostbare houtsoorten (amboyna-wortelhout, palissander) en versierd met florale marqueterie in licht en getint hout.
Het geheel is rijkelijk afgewerkt met verguld bronzen ornamenten: zijhandgrepen, hoekstukken en een opengewerkte galerij aan de bovenzijde, typisch voor de Napoleon III-stijl, gekenmerkt door een weelderige en elegante decoratie.

Antiek object met normale gebruikssporen van de tijd (slijtage, kleine fineerdefecten en/of patina op het brons).

It is made of veneered precious woods (amboyna burl, rosewood) and decorated with floral marquetry in light and stained woods.
The piece is richly adorned with gilt bronze mounts, including side handles, corner mounts, and an openwork gallery on the top, typical of the Napoleon III style, known for its lavish and elegant decoration.

Antique item showing normal signs of age (wear, small veneer defects and/or patina on the bronze).
Not in perfect condition, but consistent with its age and authenticity.
