Verfijnd ornamentaal verzamelingsbord van hoogwaardige Italiaanse porselein, vervaardigd door de beroemde en historische fabrikant Richard Ginori.Het bord toont op gedetailleerde wijze een winterse jacht-scène getiteld "Rientro dalla caccia", ontleend aan een beroemd schilderij van de Piemontese kunstenaar Giovanni Battista Quadrone (1844–1898), onbetwist meester van de genre- en jachtschilderkunst van de negentiende eeuw. De handtekening "G. Quadrone" is duidelijk zichtbaar rechtsonder op het schilderij.De scène toont twee jagers met hun jachthond en het wild, midden in een met sneeuw bedekt landschap voor de poort van een rustieke boerderij.
