The subject of sale is a whole year-round, 4-6-person mobile home with homologation, including:
- a base made of galvanized steel and insulated with waterproof plywood or sheet metal, insulated with rock wool isolation, base with dimensions of 6.5 m x 2.5 m (16.25 m in circumference + 2 mezzanines); over 24 m2 used area;
- walls built in the frame technology based on wooden elements of construction timber dried in a chamber;
- external and internal elevation made of the highest quality wood, Scandinavian spruce, C24 certified;
- PUR foam insulation covers the entire structure: external walls, mezzanines and ceiling;
- internal wood (Scandinavian spruce) paneling, twice whitewashed;
- anthracite-colored windows from the outside, white from the inside, double-glazed;
- two large mezzanines with sleeping places for 4 people
- mezzanine railings;
- electrical and plumbing (plumbing) installation;
- 2 x graviton ventilation points;
- equipment included in the price: furniture in kitchen – bathroom - stairs cabinets; sanitary, shower, bathroom and kitchen sink, ceramic toilet, 50 L electric water boiler, floor heating, vinyl panels (down stairs), carpeted mezzanines, kitchen induction HOB, wood bathroom sliding door, wall-installed electric heater, wall-installed LED light railing, sofa, chairs, table, 2 x small wall-installed shelves, bathroom mirrow.
The price is Net price (doesn’t include VAT tax). If you purchase as a company with an active VAT number then you don’t pay polish VAT tax. In case of purchasing without then 23% VAT tax is added to the final invoice.

It is possible to implement the project in the following versions: DEVELOPER, BASIC, CLASSIC, PREMIUM (turnkey) – 25 500 euro net – 35 500 euro net. We prepare the price configuration individually, taking into account the client's needs. Possibility to prepare a terrace with a garden set.

Meetings are held at the company's headquarters in Warsaw, to visit a SHOW ROOM or in one of our European Ambassadors.

We support in transportation throughout Europe, paid extra (from Warsaw). Simple and quick trailer registration.
